Thursday 24th April Early Permanence Event
Our monthly, online information event specifically to explain the Early Permanence pathway to adoption and its benefits for priority children, including:
- Older children 4 years +
- Children from different ethnic origins
- Sibling groups of two, three or more
- Children with a disability
- Older children now in long-term foster care who may have previously had a plan of adoption or experienced an adoption disruption
- New-born babies
Please note, we ask that people have attended one of our regular adoption information events before registering for an Early Permanence event. Thank you.
The Early Permanence route isn’t for everyone. It requires resourceful, emotionally resilient families who are willing to put the needs of the child first. There are risks and demands involved, but it’s also an approach with huge potential benefits.
