This January, Adoption Focus will once again be joining with other Voluntary Adoption Agencies (VAAs) across the UK for Big Adoption Day.
Taking place on Wednesday 15th January, Big Adoption Day 2025 will celebrate the successes of VAAs in providing loving adoptive families for vulnerable children and highlight the benefits of adopting through a VAA. Agencies will also be hosting events for potential adopters to find out more about the process and the support on offer for adopters.
VAAs like Adoption Focus are independent, not-for-profit organisations, offering a personalised service to adopters from all backgrounds and enhanced adoption support. They have a wealth of experience having collectively placed thousands of children with adoptive families, particularly those who wait the longest in care - older children, those in sibling groups, and children from the global majority or with disabilities.
